1 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour
2/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
3 tablespoons Planet Bee Honey
1 tablespoon water
½ teaspoon baking soda
In a large bowl combine oats, flour, coconut and brown sugar.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat stir together butter, honey and water until the butter is melted. Remove from heat and stir in the baking soda.
Add butter mixture to the rolled oats mixture and mix well.
Transfer batter to the prepared pan and press it down firmly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and set.
Cool before cutting into 14 even bars.
