Raw Honey

Made from nectar and used as food by bees, Honey will change flavour and composition depending on the floral source!

Unlike most mainstream, supermarket honey brands - who blend huge batches of honey to create predictable, uniform flavour - we prefer to let each individual honey stand alone.

Take a taste adventure with over 20 varieties of honey available, each one hand-picked by our owner and master beekeeper, Ed.

Propolis

Made from the resins of best available trees and plants, Propolis is used as a glue to hold the hive together and glaze the passageways creating a sterile environment within the hive.

Propolis has a long history in traditional medicine and can contain over 300 chemical compounds.

The biological properties of Propolis include: antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant!

Bee Pollen

Bee Pollen, one of nature's most complete foods, can contain up to 40% protein, the primary building-block of our muscles.

Locally collected Bee Pollen may help alleviate the symptoms of seasonal allergies. Always begin intake with a small amount, to slowly build the body's familiarity to this superfood.

Bee Pollen can contain trace amounts of minerals and vitamins, and is delicious sprinkled on salads or cereals, or added to your smoothie!

Royal Jelly

Royal Jelly, the exclusive food for the Queen Bee, is produced from glands in the heads of young worker bees.

A Queen Bee develops five days faster, can lay up to 2,000 eggs a day and live up to 40 times longer than an average Honey Bee!

Studies have shown Royal Jelly to lower bad cholesterol, aid in cell regeneration including stimulating collagen production in our skin, and reduce symptoms of PMS, menopause, and stress.

Beeswax

Made by honey bees as the building material of the hive, beeswax offers a beautiful aroma of honey, and burns cleaner than traditional waxes.

Natural beeswax will vary depending on source, just like honey. Unfiltered beeswax comes in a range of golden yellow hues.

All of our beeswax is 100% Canadian sourced, unscented, and minimally processed. It's food grade and cosmetic safe, perfect for your crafting needs!

You may find it intimidating to replace sugar with honey in your recipes, but we are here to tell you it is both easy & delicious!
