Ingredients
1 Large bag of frozen Cranberries
Zest of two oranges
1 ½ Cups water
1 ½ Cups (375 ml jar) Planet Bee Orange Blossom Honey

Directions
In a saucepan, mix together the cranberries, 1 cup of water, orange zest and honey.  Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until the cranberries pop open and are translucent.  Add more water if necessary.  Chill before using and keep in the refrigerator.  Makes about 3 cups.
