Ingredients:

-1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature.

-pinch of salt

-8 small strawberries, chopped

-1/4 cupof your favorite Planet Bee Honey

Directions:
Mash the strawberries in a medium bowl & set aside.

Whip butter & salt until butter is fluffy, scraping sides of bowl. 

Add the strawberry mixture and whip until combined.

Add the honey, whip until light and fluffy. 

Serve on scones, muffins, bread or pancakes!
