I have tried every type of honey sold by planet bee. I like all of them, I've even been pairing certain honey flavours with different teas from my collection. Like it was wine or something. This one by the way pairs very nicely with soft black teas with little bitterness and a slight earthy/grassy flavour. The blueberry honey is my favourite though. I can usually taste the differences in one honey from another but I won't pretend I have an overly sophisticated pallette. The blueberry honey has a nice medium sweetness that is a little on the heavy side but doesn't make your teeth ache and mild but still noticeable floral flavour. It's very well balanced and the floral flavour is soft. It's obvious but not sharp or slightly bitter the way bergamot or jasmine sometimes are. This honey is also really good for keeping in a dispenser if you have one because it takes a long time to naturally crystalize being lower in glucose than say the Rainforest honey which crystalizes quickly.
