Our traditional dry oak aged mead, Oak & Honey Rapture begins as Okanagan Delight mead which is then placed in American Oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months.  It emerges from barrel with a completely unique flavor, perfect for cheese & appetizer pairing!

Medium straw gold in colour.  The nose offers abundant aromas of oak and hints of honey.  On the palate, fresh acidity turns to hints of honey and a long finish offers oak and vanilla which lingers on the palate.
