I only recently discovered the existence of propolis, and was overjoyed when I started to research its proven health claims. I think it is wise to research any health claims, both natural and traditional Western. Not only are the health claims about Raw Honey and Propolis true, but there are also many other confirmed health benefits! There are also confirmed ways to use these gifts that enhance their effects, and other ways that hinder their effects.
Aside from the healing properties of the propolis, my favourite thing about it is the smell! A truly unique scent for a truly unique creation!
