My kids and I love the blackberry blossom honey! We bought a small jar to taste, and absolutely loved it! It really did taste like marshmallow to us. I have added it to my spaghetti sauce before to cut the acid and it worked wonderfully. The family was happy and liked the sauce. No one knew the honey was in there. :)
