To be honest, the first honey I’ve bought that I could actually taste the flower/fruit from which it came. This was startling to me. Honey always tastes like—well—honey, right? Well, no. In the same way wine takes in the characteristics of the climate and weather, so too does honey.
The blueberry was sublime.
