Apricot Elixir Off-Dry (1) | 12.5% alc. / vol.

Light, golden yellow, this mead delivers aromas of tangerine, apricot and lemon on the nose.  Flavours of apricot and nectarine are balanced with honey on the palate.  The finish is long, smooth and crisp with plenty of fresh acidity.

Blackberry Twist Semi-Sweet (3) | 12.5% alc. / vol.

Light ruby in color, the nose delivers aromas of berry jam, honey, and flowers. On the palate, this medium bodied and sweet mead offers notes of blackcurrant, blackberries, and finishes with hints of raisin.

Raspberry Romance Sweet (5) | 14.5% alc. / vol.

Light ruby red in colour, aromas of sweet raspberries and cherries fill the nose.  On the palate, notes of red raspberry and a sweet finish, with a fresh acidity for balance.  Perfect with dark chocolate!
