I bought a 2 lb pail of this honey and I'm glad I did. I know honey because I have tried many different kinds and Okanagan Gold is a favorite. And it is economical in value. This is a dense and heavy honey. You can tell when you pour a spoon into a shaker cup with other ingredients by how it sinks. This honey is good enough for me to add it to my morning concoction, so that's saying a lot. I will only use Langnese German forest honey, Mujeza Al Shifa Black seed honey or Attika dark brown forest honey in my morning 1 liter drink. So, I use 1 tablespoon of a dark forest honey and 1 teaspoon of either Okanagan Gold or the black seed honey. Whether it's in a morning shaker cup concoction or a morning smoothie, Okanagan Gold is a good honey to add. It can balance out bitter ingredients like black maca powder or kratom to make it taste better. It is a kind of honey you always want available in the house.

We visit a few times yearly and always try the tester honey and always end up buying our favourite the Okanagan Gold. We use it for baking, in our tea and just for plain ol' eating. We've bought small jars, small tubs and lately the medium sized tub. So much better than the stuff you buy in chain stores, it doesn't even compare!
