I had a long stretch of raspberry bushes in the backyard growing up and this honey tastes a lot like the smell of those flowers. A really charming honey that's lovely on waffles.

The best honey, doesn't solidify and tastes great

This single varietal honey actually has raspberry notes on the tongue! I was pleasantly surprised with its unique flavour, and darker colour. I will absolutely purchase this product again. I add it to plain Greek yogurt as a dessert, make anti microbial herbal infusions, and fermentations.
