While I was on my “Ultimate hiking roadtrip!” I came across a little vegetable stand. I stopped and picked up a maple honey. I traveled 5+ hours to my next destination. The next morning I made a latte and put in some of my new product in. THEN instead of a the hike I planned in Whistler, I drove back to get more. I’ve been getting it shipped ever since. Seriously, best latte ever. Add a little cinnamon and ginger in the steamed milk and maple honey, two shots of espresso. It’s my happy in a cup.

I love infused maple honey. User it instead of regular honey daily.
Another favourite is Ginger Lemon. Instnant tea for any sore throat situation. Just boil the water and mix a tea spoon of finger lemon honey. It's my kids go to remdy when they are sick.
